Web hosting customers, plus registered users of most Open Door products may call us for support at (541)292-9200. Due to the high volume, low price nature of our personal products, we cannot provide phone support for individual users of products such as ShareWay IP Personal Edition or Envision.
Our products are generally shipped by e-mail. Usually within one business day of ordering, you should receive an e-mail telling you how to download the products you have ordered.
